Thank you for dropping by as you plan your wedding! At Magnolia Lane, we love to get our creativity flowing by producing one of a kind signage and details for your special day.

All of our items are made to order, so please read through the F.A.Q's and custom order process.

What is the lead time for non custom items?

The approximate lead time is two (2) weeks for items that do not need customization. i.e: gifts and cards, table numbers, etc. If purchased with customization or multiple items, this may take three (3) to four (4) weeks, because all items are made to order. Lead time does not include shipping.

My wedding is outside of Columbus, Ohio, can I still book you?

Absolutely! Delivery rates begin at $100 for Columbus weddings, and increase based on your venue location from Columbus, Ohio.

Do you deliver and set up all signs?

Yes! That is included in the delivery fee. I arrive 2 hours prior to your ceremony start time and set everything up. All items must be returned by the following Monday to Columbus, Ohio. An additional fee can be applied for me to return after your reception is over, or the next morning to collect everything. 

What if I don't have all my details finalized?

We take a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking. Once you confirm the details, we will invoice you the final balance.

I found a sign on Pinterest that I love. Can you make the same sign?

We love inspiration pics! With respect to the original designer, we will add our own touch.

When should I book for my wedding?

We encourage you to reach out to secure your date six (6) months out if you're interested in set up/delivery or product renting. For custom orders to be shipped three (3) to four (4), but no later than eight (8) weeks out.

Can I make a change to my order?

Please contact us immediately and we will see if we can make any changes. Some orders begin right away, but we will be happy to discuss your options with you to ensure you're happy with your order.

Details of my wedding have changed due to Covid-19, what can I do?

If anything has changed due to Covid-19 (the date, number of tables, number of guests, etc) please reach out as soon as possible! If we have not shipped your order, we can make any changes needed to your signs or offer you a refund for any place cards or table numbers not needed.

I'm ready to begin! What's next? 

YAY!!

After we receive all your details regarding wedding signs and details, we will prepare a quote for you. If you love everything, we will send over an invoice. Once your order is in and it is time to work on your order, we will finalize font options, paint and stain colors, details, etc. We will send you proofs to review, if applicable (seating charts, welcome signs, etc...) We then design and ship/deliver your order while you sit back, relax, and enjoy the final weeks of your engagement!
